Looks painted my brother inlaw works for a company that builds limos here in missouri and they paint there's he keeps trying to get me to take mine off and let him paint them at work, but my car is silver and i dont like that combo but looks good on black

 

paint? how well does the light go through that compared to tint? i assume i still couldnt touch tails or heads with paint here though lol :/

 

Light shows good and it looks clean but not sure what type of paint they use because I have never followed up on his offer

california laws suck. and the cops profiled my 8 on the second night of driving it..

Missouri cops are not much better had one last week chase me down all they way to my house to tell me I need to display me front plate. I was like dam bro you could have caused a wreck for this and thanks for pulling me over in my drive way jackass

 

by chase, do you mean he followed you without flashing lights? thats a dick move, i hate that. thats like what that cop did, waiting for me to make a move........ although, im suspicious the previous owners of my car were spanish, and were being shady, as i put my hand up to check my license plate light, and they took it out... nothing there. so maybe the cop was trying to run my plates.. of course at that time i had temporary tags because i needed new plates lol, so maybe he read the old plates and pulled me over.. regardless, he was a dick. but i didnt get a ticket

 

he was going other direction on a main street a and it took him about 3mi to catch up and that just happend to be in my drive way no ticket I always keep my military ID under my drivers ID so they see it keeps me from getting tickets

 

well, i guess the cops arent trying to go green.. i've only been pulled over once in it, but im still waiting for them to pull me over for my decal running across the very top of my rear window.. its right on the black line, so i can see only the bottom of it, barely, so they cant pull the no visibility card on me lol

 

The money i was going to spend on my exhaust, will now go into getting a New Clutch and figuring out this Transmission Noise im getting =( WTf.... I love this car...... but hate it at the same time.

actually I took that picture after I sprayed my exhaust shrouds satin black. They had been faded very light gray after sitting in the impound lot for almost a year
my friend said they looked better gray, in his opinion.. messing with me?

you will not get a ticket for that. in cali your allowed to tint the rear windows anything you want. heck you can even lay vinyl or paint them black if you want. as long as you have two side mirrors your ok.

but, still, that big sticker does attract attention, and maybe not the good kind.

 

too bad he sold it, but i can understand why. when he first got it made, it was a complete headerback exhaust with high flow only. that was crazy **** loud. then he added a resonator, and its still pretty damn loud.

to my knowledge, he only got pulled over once, and the cop asked if he had cats, and he said yes. his car was too low to look under anyways.

 

they said something about 7 inches from the top i cant have anything on the back, and another user on here confirms that.....

wtf wait a minutes, stupid me, they cant do anything about my rear window regardless, because people hauling certain trailers, campers, semi trucks.. they can only rely on the side mirrors....
