TPR Magazine and LeMans Karting will host the NORCAL MOCCForums.com Mazda Gathering for all Mazda Owners. The parking lot holds around 150+ cars, so lets PACK it with as many Mazda's as possible.

TPR Magazine will be searching for future FEATURE CARS as well as providing event coverage in an upcoming issue.

We will have discounted rates for the karting! LeMans Karting brings indoor karting to a new level, providing a fun track that is wide enough to run side by side with your competitors. LeMans Karting has the highest top speed of any indoor karting facility in the Bay Area.

Karting Prices:

- $10 Practice Sessions | 8-10 Laps | From 11AM - 1PM
- $50 Mazda Owners Karting Competition (see details below) | From 1:30 - 4PM

Mazda Owners Karting Competition will include 3 HEAT races + 1 Semi Finals. The TOP 10 in points will move on to the FINALS to win prizes!! Limited to only 50 people. Please indicate if you would like to join the competition by writing KARTING next to your name on the sign up list.

hey, we're doing a rotor fest meet open to anyone on june 24th, look at rotorfest thread in west forum. We're planning ot have many vendors and mazda dealers and so forth there.

 

ok so i got an email from lemans go karting in fremont california, and they would like to hold our meet over there. their parkinglot can hold 150+ cars and they want to hold a Mazda Owners Karting Competition at discounted pricing. I am trying to get a set date when we can do it but am still considering. I want to get everyones feedback on this. So what does everyone think? i know not everyone will agree but this is a great place and gives us something to do. this is just a option. so give some input guys thanks.

 

Maybe a mid July meet?

 

Yeah, I'd be up for that. I really have to go to more of these things, and actually MEET some of you guys.

 

ok so it looks like everyone is koo with having it at lemans.... i talked w/ robbie and he says after 4th of july he has july 9th and july 16th open...i think july 9th sounds like a good date. what does everyone think of july 9th as the date?

 

I think since the big Rotor Fest is late in June, if there is going to be another meet in July, it should be later. So my vote would be fore July 16.

 

Any excuse to go karting is great with me but we have an autocross 7/9 at Monster Park. Saturday I could do. That particular Sunday I can't.
