I'm pretty sure that pic was taken on the stretch where the opposing lanes of traffic were split up on different parts of the mountain. See how there is no double yellow centerline to separate the traffic.

Yep that section of Yarnell has split lanes of traffic. we were only doing 25 mph in this particular corner. none of us wanted a motorcycle hood ornament!
