wow only 4 cars. The 8 should be ready for the Turkey Trot run.

 

Too many other things going last weekend. I have new tires on the FD, should be able to make more events this year.

 

So When is the Turkey run? I looked in my email and didn't see it.

 

according to the orignal calendar its :
Sunday, November 22nd - Fifth Annual Turkey Trot and Rotary Romp (possibly out to Saguaro Lake this year instead of Tortilla Flats) . Details and meeting time and place to be announced.

Just a quick heads up that a week from this coming Sunday will be our Annual Turkey Trot and Rotary Romp out to Tortilla Flats. I know that the initial schedule had called for a possible venue change to the North side (Saguaro Lake), but heck, why mess with tradition. So, in honor of the upteenth time we've held the event, let's meet again at the Chevron/Waffle House near just North of Idaho Road and US 60. Meeting time of 9:30 for a 10 am departure. As always, our plan will be to head out to the Flats for an early lunch, then Trot out to where the pavement ends for a quick photo shoot, then ROMP back into town. Hope to see many of you there!

 

I can drive Charles R Hill's car. I better ask him first.
