Drive was awesome as usual. Weather was perfect.

I think it was about 13 cars and about 20 people.
1: 2nd Gen., 1: 3rd Gen., 2 Mazda 3's, and 8 Rx-8's 3 Ti's, 2 Vr's, 1 SWP, 1 NG, and 1 BB, and a Miata.
I have pics which I will load when I get home from work.
A good time was had by all!
Sorry you weren't there Tim. We missed you.

 

It was so nice to meet other forum members for the first time. The drive was great - I've been wanting to do that since the day I bought the car about a year ago.

I wish I cound have joined you all for the fun but as you can see below I was having other fun.

Here's some before and after pics, all the photos of the coilovers were taken before the final adjustments were made and the tires remounted. I ended up with about 1 inch of thread left all the way around.

I took no pics (dead batteries) so...I have nothing to contribute in that regard. WE missed you RCCAZ. Good luck to John in his new venture. Awesome to meet MidLifeCrisis and her gorgeous white 8 (tell me again, Easy, why you traded your white for ti ). Lynn loses her walker in only 8 more days from her biking incident Great day all around. The weather was rediculously perfect! GREAT to see everyone!

Thanks to Easy for leading the drive. Sure wish I could have been there. Looks like a fun time was had by all. AZ Lizard... congrats on the new suspension. Is that the Tein Flex setup? Nice ride height. I bet the ride is a little firmer than stock, huh???

Hey everyone... the wiffy is out of town this weekend, so I vote for a Saturday night excursion to the Scottsdale Pavillions. Anyone up for meeting there around 5 pm?? I know that John Harvell is interested. Any other takers???

 

AZMC is already doing the Pavs this Saturday after the meeting, so lets make it a combined MEGA-MEET!
I think we already have some spaces reserved, so it should work out well.

 

They are teins, and yes the ride is a little firmer but well worth it. I do like the new ride height

Having more than 20 cars shouldn't be a big deal, there is other parking next to the area we hadl ast time. They put us in the club reserved section in front of McDonald's and the DJ booth. I'm pretty sure that is where we are again.

 

Broke is right. we had plenty of space next to us until the Scions and the other dumb@$$ showed and wouldn't move.

 

Hmmm. I wonder if there will still be room for me. Jenn and I will be coming straight from Auto-X, so we might be there a tad later than everyone else.

I think that's Karl, rotaryman25 on the AZMC forums. He's a tech at Berge Mazda.

 

It'll be GREAT to see you and the Missus, X! What time'ish are you thinking? The AZMC will start rolling in around 4pm. Sometimes it can be difficult to save spots (just ask Easy )
