Leave @ 9:00 that way we have plenty of time and it's still cool out.

I'll have maps of the route up to and back from Sedona. Once in Sedona there is the Tourest side ( little shops, places to eat, ect) and the left side (Fry food parking lot.). The last time we were up there we tried to park in the big parking lot behind the large sandwich shop and it was not fun getting out of it (read steep incline).

Please bring any FRS radios you may have also. That way we don't get too split up in Sedona.

On the way back I'm thinking of going down Yarnell hill and if any one is interested stopping by my house (in Surprise) for Cake or we could take over the local Sonic for Dessert.

Guess I never really understood the planned route, and lost touch with everybody after that unplanned stop (somebody's hood up?) at Sunset Point. Ah, well, Nancy and I had some time to ourselves. Next time maybe I should get cellphone numbers before we leave.

We could see the rain falling over west of Prescott and got some shade coming down into Prescott Valley. Beautiful views. Stupid pickup in front of us

just a few drops before we hit the jerome twisties.
Ice cream at sonic was the choc silk at the resort.

After prescott it was good driving. jerome was slow. good thing cuz i counted 4 fuzzies hanging out.

Yarnell was over before it started. totally clear.

Poolside is Right!

Saturday, June 17th. 7 pm at the Saturday night car show on the NW side (near 83rd Ave and Beardsley). Same show we attended last June when everyone scattered for a Monsoon storm that only spat out a drop or two, then died!

Look for my email tomorrow!
