Just finished the install on these wires. My camera is being serviced so I wasn't able to take any pics (on top of that if anyone has taken a peek at where the plug wires are, there isn't much to see). The Install was pretty easy, just take your time and swap them out wire by wire so not to mix them up. The only thing I had to remove from the car to make the install easy was the MAF tube and air box and my strut tower brace. I also unbolted the A/C line that runs paralell along the fire wall (Gives you a couple of more inches of working room). Two things that are important: 1. Before you go ripping the factory wires and tossing them, the Nology wires attach to the factory adaptors on the ignition coils (DON'T THROW THOSE AWAY). The only tricky thing about the install was where to attach the braided ground wires. I was informed (not by Huff) that there was a 10mm bolt inbetween the leading and trailing plugs to ground the wires to. If you look the dip stick tube runs between the plugs. I didn't find this bolt. So I was searching all over to find a place to ground the wires, then it dawned on me after my eyes ran over it a thousand times that the starter is directly in the middle and a tad further down. (Lightbulb: The starter is grounded) You will need to jack the car up and feather the grounding wires down to the ground for the starter. All you need is a 10mm socket for the bolt and attach all four grounds and the starter ground back on. There was no pulling or tugging on the plug wires once they were grounded.

So Bacially the only tool you need is a 10mm socket for the MAF tube and ground bolt....pretty easy.

Now for my impressions from driving it for 15 mins. There is a definitive change in idle (much smoother) and the overall throttle response is much greater. I don't know if there is any change in power, which was not my reasons for getting the wires in the first place. Idle and TR were my only reasons. I am very satisfied...

do you have any extra Audio noise with these *wires*? is there a "whine" in your speakers at all now?

The only thing I can attest to is better throttle response. I didn't feel like paying 120 for a dyno run when the wires themselves cost 150. I'm just relying on my butt for now. I might schedule a dyno since I have installed the midpipe, but I wouldn't be able to separate the gains from the wires/midpipe. ??

Do you have to change the spark plugs? Can you take pictures of your work, if possible. thanks in advance. I am highly considering of applying Nology as additional upgrade on my RX8.

I did not change the plugs as of yet. I did not take pics of my install cause quiet frankly there isn't too much to see. Too cramped to get a clear shot.

I would agree, the main difference it throttle responce. I didn't change the plugs yet either and I probably wont untill I do some forced induction of some type.
