Agency Power rear sway end links
Agency Power has heavy-duty rear sway bar links available for the 2004 and
up Mazda RX8. These rear replacement end links fit in replacement of the
factory rear end links on the 2004 RX8.
What are sway bar links? Sway bar links replace your factory urethane or
thin metal links, which connect the sway bar to the cars chassis. Weak
factory end links mean flex in suspension components and loss in handling.
Why use Agency Power end links? Reducing suspension flex means improved
handling. The factory end links are sufficient for the factory car. However,
vehicles with more power, more handling needs, and more aggressive drivers
are recommended to switch the end links. They fit the stock or aftermarket
sway bars to reinforce and strengthen the suspension setup, with out
modification unlike other current offerings, providing a rigid and improved
feel.
These CNC machined end links are anodized in Agency Power gold. They utilize
a spherical bearing for best handling and reduced wear compared to urethane
applications. Also included are full stainless steel metric hardware for
easy installation and longevity. The sway bar links are engraved with the AP
logo and the end links include a 90-day warranty against manufacturer
defects.
Features:
-CNC'd billet 6061 aluminum
-spherical bearring (not urithane bushing) for increased durability and
stiffness
-Stainless steal hardware
-Fully rebuildable
-No modification required to work with aftermarket sway bars (unlike current
offerings)
-Installs in 10 min
-Complete installation instructions
Anodized in Agency Power gold for pimp factor with logo.
Retail price will be set at $120 though I will offer an introductory group
buy for 10 people at $100. Please feel free to ask me if you have any
questions regarding the endlinks.
We have been road testing these for a few months with great results. Even on an aftermarket rear sway bar the benefit can still be felt and is translated into a tight handling rear end that tracks precisely and predictably. If you have any questions regarding the end links please let me know.

Just to keep the post up I though I'd let everyone know that I've got about a 1000 miles on the links so far with no problems and I like the extra snappiness of the rear end with them on. Deffinetly a good upgrade if your looking to dial in the suspension a little more.

I don't know that they have plans to make front end links at this time. My guess it they will wait it out and see what the market does and how much demand builds up for them.

They aren't adjustable though they are rebuildable down the road when/ if they wear out. As far as effecting pretension, I'm not sure what you mean exactly but they do allow the rear sway bar to react sooner than the stock set up due to lack of flex like the stock ones. Does this clairify what you ment by pretension?

Hey Huff,
You got the RB sways for your car rite? Did you install the RB front end links?
I would like to upgrade my endlinks, but just didnt like the idea of drilling holes.
If agency power comes up with a front endlink with no drilling required, I would be interested..
Thanx

Agency Power doesn't currently have an offering for the front end links just the rear. I know what you mean about drilling holes in the sway bar, bad idea. The AP endlinks work with the stock rear sway as well.
