I suggest some tweaking of the link between the two pieces of the CBE for S2 owners. The link can get considerably low for people that have their car lowered a bit:

I agree with paimon. The joint between the muffler and midpipe are pretty low on my car and is visible from the back of my car. Also, if TXS could offer longer hangers for S2 CBEs that would be great!

I believe the center of my wheel to the fender is like 14.5" with my current setup. If you are lower, I would be very cautious. The linkage is right behind the diff ... sits almost at the middle of the rear axle, so it only hits things under significant rear suspension compression. I have scraped it just barely on major bumps that i wasn't paying attention to avoid.

paimon, i have xs catback on my series 1 as well and its very similar. I'm still on stock suspension and it does bump off the road. I've been thinking of a way to get it to stop. But haven't really tried. Just started to drive a bit slower and more alert.

Interesting that it does it on the S1 as well. Sounds like more R&D should have went into the product. Or at least some kind of disclaimer.

Not much we could do. If we raise the pipe it will like hit the suspension parts rather than scrap objects on the ground. It is pretty tough to do fit 3 inch pipe where it really should not be.

noise wise, how much lower is it with the highflow cat, does it eliminate cruising speed drone?

Depends on if by Issue you actually mean "does the CEL come on", which in that case then yes, more likely than not your CEL will come on. An access port will mask that given you have a S1 RX8.
