do the truck bars lay pretty flat to the floor?? (hard to tell from pic)

Are they paint-able?

How do they attach to the car (again, I can't tell from the tiny low res picture)

 

Yes they do lay flat along the trunk floor. Yes they are paintable, powder coating would be recommended. They attach to where the 2 bolts from the shock connection to the chassis are. Remove the 2 nuts slide the bar bracket on top of the bolts re attach the nuts.
