I would actually propose that new members are not allowed to post for 1 week. They can be shown a search feild every time they try to post. That way everyone will learn that every question anyone has can be found and answered by this button.

I would propose that members with less than 50 posts should search the suggestions forum before making a suggestion.

I joined the club when I first read about a group buy and wanted to get in on it. If that rule had been in place I wouldn't have been able to do that. Not every post requires a search first.

 

Seriously, If noobs didnt post their noob questions things would be really boring.

 

discussion boards require discussion, be it repetetive OR fresh topics.
