Mazda Customer Service contact info in FAQ?

Mazda Customer Service contact info in FAQ?
How about putting an MNAO customer service email address in the FAQ? I tried using the 'Contact Us' on Mazda's web site, but the form is limited to 1000 words, which is not enough to describe the frustration I'm feeling over the NAV issue.
Is there a good direct email contact that we have that can be posted in a FAQ? If we had a decent search engine, I could probably find it somewhere in a post
