Ok.. heres my 2 cents. I want the Foums Header and tool bar area to stay put !

When you scroll to read a new post it needs to stay on top at all times. SO you dont have to scroll all the way up to the top to get back to the cool tool bar that help me get around.

Just make it live on top always..
