Exclamation favicon

Favicon, dudes. This is the little icon that appears in the bookmarked list. Why does ours look like a plumbing forum? Ya know, under a sink? That thing is actually called a "trap", which intended purpose is to act a barrier to sewer gas.

there'd be something like this (attached). Not sure about trademark infringements, but I'd doubt if they'd worry about it. I'm pretty sure they have to be 256 color icons.

Yeah, too easy. You just drop the new file into the misc folder. But it could be that whoever bought this forum is under contract to advertize the web designer's logo as the favicon.

Yeah, let's get with the program here already. Mini-Cooper uses our same web designers (vbulletin) and THEY have their own personal icon. Looks like a front end of a red mini-coop. We can do a lot better than that.

YEAH, YEAH, I know. This is a very small detail. But I've observed that RX-8 owners are very detail-oriented. Check my tailpipes!

ok I'm not going to lie...that Mini icon blows :P, looks like a kid with a gigantic marker drew it... but

I'm starting to thing there may not be a choice and that is just a generic car icon that is in a list of icons provided...but please prove me wrong...I want a rotor! :D

Cool ones, Eye. They'd work great! I wonder, though, may be a little low rez. There are a couple members here who have rotor images as their avatar that I could "borrow" and convert. Final copy may not even be as good as yours. I can try.

Anyone have good renesis pics? Post 'em and I'll do the math.

Favicons have to be 16x16 pixels and 16 colors: http://www.clickfire.com/viewpoints/...s/favicons.php

I'll add this to my 'list' haha ...

Seriously though, HeTz is coming back onboard and there will be a lot of much overdue changes. How about just a stylized 8 favicon for this site, and a 7 for rx7club.
