Defaut for e-mail update
Is there anyway to set the default for e-mail updates to None instead of nightly? Thanks

Yes, go to your User CP, click 'Edit Options' and change the drop down for subscription notifications to 'No Email notification'

it could be that he checks the site frequently enough to not need them. and if he posts a lot then i can see his inbox gettin cluttered
