current club chat is uselss
i think that the current club chat is pretty much useless. there is never any one in it. ive noticed that both ABBID's AIM chat and the other linked chat that we had for a while were both better, easier to use alternatives to the current setup.
or at the very least, there needs to be a faq about the club chat and it would have to be moved to a more easily noticed location. it took me the longest time to figure out to use the little tabs.

So... post in the lounge that people should use the chat instead of the lounge. You can either blame advertising placement (which may very well be the answer), or rationalize that maybe forum members just don't want to chat. They joined a forum, not a chat service.
this is true, but there has been an interest in a chat. if people knew where it was and how to use it, i gaurente there would be more than 0 people in at any random point in time.

i would write it, but the technology is so old that i didnt even have internet when it was being used popularly.
