I agree. The last yellow picture was far more professional. The site now looks like some local ricer car club. Let's use Mazda's official pictures. There are many that are far better.

Is it me, or does that pic remind anyone else of the Porsche Cayenne (the new SUV thingy). On that subject I never thought Porsche would give in to the SUV fad.

Maybe if it is possible, have the RX-8 pic change to the silver pic when you click on one of the aftermarket categories.

But for the general forum, the red one will do quite nicely, although it clashes with the orange. :D

 

Actually, I've looked at the admin options and it appears only the board owner can replace the pic. I wouldn't mind red forum dividers with the red RX-8 up top, at least for now. We may be getting a new vbb template which will change the entire color scheme anyhow.

I agree, as nobody is massively against the change lets do it. The above image does not really represent the standard RX8 we are all talking about.

I'll add my vote to change the pic as well. While I have no preference on color, I think the image should be of the 8 in stock form. Sure, some owners will begin to mod the 8 with bodykits after they buy it, but in the beginning we will all be starting with a stock car. I do not consider the Mazdaspeed RX-8 to be a representative of the car in this sense.

 

I like Toadman's picture better too.

But wait until the decision has been made on the new VB Skin and then use a matching or similar font for the text, the wole thing will then really sharp!

I'd just like to say cheers to you guys over the water for providing this site. It's the best soure of RX-8 information I've found so far, and I'm sure all the other members in the UK agree with me.
