TX Buyer/Seller Beware Sticky?

Seems like a few people are being ripped off. Maybe a sticky about the itrader notifications and some tips on how to buy and sell while protecting yourself.

We need stricter market rules, not a buyer beware sticky.

How about enabling only users with a certain amount of posts and registration date (300\6months?) to post in the market?
Closing threads without specific pictures would be a plus too.
I understand that IB doesn't care if an user gets scammed but enforcing some safety measures would surely help.

I think that post count is irrelevant, but I'm a bit biased there. 169 posts in 2 years for me and I've made a huge purchase through a member on the site (my car). I think that if you're selling something you should be required to post pics to prove you actually have it.

I understand your point but you would qualify anyway with your registration date. Plus you could still contact the seller, just not post to sell.
The date\post count is relevant ab intrinseco, not ab extrinseco: A thief won't like to wait 3\6 months to scam somebody and if an user starts selling stuff right after the "date" expired a smart buyer would be suspicious
