Ban EBay Posts

Ban any posts that mentions or links to EBay or a product only found on EBay. It seems to me every “ Look what I found on EBay “ thread just becomes a waste of time.

I kinda liked that thread, it's more entertaining that a whole host of other topics. Esp. liked the leaf blower video YOU pointed out. That was a classic I'd never seen...great stuff!

Before banning a mere mention of something on Ebay, let's start by 1st banning threads containing the phrases similar to....

What tires should I buy?
What size tires should I buy?
How should I spend $XXX to mod my car?
Why is my gas mileage XXmph?
How fast is my 8?
What do i do, my buds don't respect my car?
My 8 is slow - how can I make more power?
Will my tires still fit if I use 3" spacers?
(Anything to do with thub thub subs in the trunk)
How do I use the search button? (Best answer: use the search button!)

BL: censorship is bad - someone will appreciate almost anything written up!

Come on... sometimes great fun can be had by looking at eBay auctions and laughing about the crap there. Like recently the motoriced spoilers...

True, so any Ebay posts must go in the Lounge?

it might be fun, but the aftermarket area is intended for serious discussion of performance parts

the next time you do a search and come up with 20 pages of BS threads to climb through that have nothing of value to add here you might begin to understand how wrong your present thought process is

they gave you an area to have fun in; the Lounge, take your fun and BS there where it's suppose to be

some j-ck-ff just started another one:

^^^who are you to judge how wrong or right anyone's thought process is???

To answer expo1's question: I agree, that's the place for those eBay fun threads.
