Tapatalk sounds like the easiest solution for iPhone, Android, and even Blackberry users, but Tapatalk does not make an app for us Windows Mobile users.

But I've been using WM for years on forums and it's more than workable.

The product we are developing is platform agnostic, it will work on iPhone, Android, even WinMo and Palm.

Very nice--is this a product you plan on selling to members here or other forums, etc?

It won't be something that is sold to anyone. It will be an additional feature of our foam communities at no coat to end users.

Cheers,
Robb

Very nice, again, thanks! Will this be a mobile version of your websites or an app to be downloaded? If the latter (not likely), will it be able to be used on other vBulletin sites?

i'd also like to throw in my vote for Tapatalk... i just started using it for the motorcycle forum i am on. and, it works great.

it costs users $3 to buy the app from the iTunes Store. but, it's so much easier than trying to browse the forum using a web browser on such a tiny screen.

agreed. I'm still hoping for it. $3 for me to pay isn't much and i've already paid it. I know a mobile site is in the works and I'm interested to see, but tapatalk is great and easy to use and implement.

Any update on this? Tapatalk still seems like a great option. It uses less bandwith than most mobile sites that i've seen as well.

It doesn't have to be on the upswing. There are still people that have phones that use it. I don't buy the bleeding edge.
