HELP: My nav keeps going out with PIE

Ok, about 1 1/2 years ago I installed the PIE unit. Never had a problem, then out of left field the music went off, and the nav screen turned blue with Japanese writing on it. I would have to press CD again for it to come back on, then sure enough a few moments later it did it again. This lasted for about 2-3 days then I never had the problem again.

This morning the system started doing it again. I've checked all of the connections, and everything looks fine. I followed all of the instructions accordingly but can't figure out what the problem is. I called myradiostore.com and they said they have no idea why the system would be doing this and it may be an electrical problem.

Does anyone know of this or have any ideas. I searched and found a few things but nothing relating to exactly what my issue is.

Possible the connector is loose. I know I can activate it if I push a combo of buttons while shutting off the head unit.

Yeah nevermind, I'm a dumbass and forgot I had a thread on this last year. I disconnected the battery for a few seconds and that worked. And I think truemagellan, you were helping me on this last time.

Thanks again,
Brian
