Mazda dealer certification

I did a search but didn't find any conclusive answer. Looking at Mazda website dealer list has a column called certification. It goes like:
MAZDASPEED
Performance Champions
President´s Club
Certified Pre-Owned
Full Circle Service
Mazda Gold Cup

Do they really mean something? Just a high volumn mover or with better service department rating?

Go to mazdausa.com. Lookup your local dealer. Go to the local dealers home page. Down at the bottom it will list his certifications. You can click on these for an explanation of what they are.
All of the listed certs are customer oriented.
