Me, Feras and Ryan were going over some key points of this year's trip:

Day 1 (for me anyway)
-shocking myself with the electric dog collar
-3:30 AM arrival at fontana
-free room for the night
-4:00 AM shots of jager

Day 2 (day one for most others)
-ryan gets tanked on absinthe...4 shots i think it was?
-bottle throwing begins
-ALL alcohol is depleted in one night

Day 3
-dragon/cherohala loop run
-i finally get to drive an 8 up there lol (thanks again joe, and congratulations)
-feras loses in poker!
-feras drowns his sorrows, wrestles rodney, falls 23492 times, and throws a coffee table at me

Day 4
-dave tosses me the keys...nuff said
-the holy borla is invented and defaced all at once

Day 5
-rafting..water was cold, just ask dan
-chemical fire

lots of fun, even without my car. dave put it best...this trip is no longer about the cars, it's about the people

360 days to go!

 

What a summary....here's a few additions
Day 1
- Brian yelps after being shocked by my dogs electric fence
- Blaring Pantera to stay awake on the drive to Fontana
- 2am Brian Full Moons Christina and I, and the comments are caught on Camera
- Flirting with the Fontana Check in lady in order to get a free night

Day 2
- James is tanked as well, bottles fly
- 1 Liter of Jauger, 24 bottles of Yingling, 24 Cans of Bud Light, 18 bottles of Miller High Life, half a liter of Vodka, probably more that I can't remember
ALL DRANK IN ONE NIGHT!!!

Day 3
- James wins in Poker
- Feras has a Posse to help him try to win
- Feras loses and drinks
- Wraselllling ensues
- Crying and laughing uncontrolably

Day 4
- All hail the Holy Borla (Multipupose Sunkist holder and Table Leveler!)

Day 5
- 21 people meet Jesus at the Rafting place
- Water is cold and even Jesus can't help us beat 2 kids, 2 girls, devoid and Whitey.

Day 6
- Wake up to a chemical fire still boiing in the back yard
- The suck of driving home!

 

Wow... just wow. I wish I had been there. OH wait, I WAS, I was also totally tanked just about every night. I just wish I had funniness to add, too bad I'm still laughing too hard to comment. Cept maybe I could add every single thing I own was broken somehow to include my 8. /tear. Moving on, if some miraculous way I'm not deployed come this time next year, my *** is in damn it. Worth every penny of my almost $200 gas bill!

 

you forgot two awesome day 5 events....archery drinking game. (that rocked...post the pics) and the rx8 drift baseball.

 

*sigh* maybe someday I get to go again, or at least do something useful for you guys....damn husbands.

Though the guide consequently sacraficed his back for his crew...

And...I got to experience the soon to be Olympic Sport, WhiteWater Raft Pushing for the first time ever!

i remember we took a wrong turn at a fork in the river...pretty much had to carry the raft out of there

 

why do you have to bring that up...that was a poor command decision from me

 

I think it had more to do w/the Olympic caliber front oarsman.

Wait till next year, we're training in the off season. We'll probably lap all the other rafts
