I have a 2005 RX8 sport package......2 new tires, ...18in alloy wheels...., 39,000miles, automatic, titanium grey, gray and black cloth interior, new starter spark plugs and battery, xenon headlights and foglamps......well if you like RX8's you know all the other details. I want to get a car with more room cause im getting married but I dont want to trade because I owe 21000 on the car and dealers are NOT very generous on trade value. They are offering me 17000. Can someone beat that? Let me know.....I want 18500 but send me any offer.

most people here already own an rx-8, and the demand for an automatic is not high. Even less now that there are 6 gear automatics out. Losing $4,000 on a car that is 1-2 years and has 40k miles isn't too bad... depreciation is a bitch.

 

Depreciation Blows. Does anyone have any suggestions for where to sell this car? I know that automatic demand isnt high but arent there any old people with a midlife crisis who want one? lol no offense

 

just for **** and giggles, try your local carmax and see what they will give you. It may not be any better though... but they are a good no hassle way to offload a car.
