Clear Bra/Protection film on Fiber Glass bumper?

Clear Bra/Protection film on Fiber Glass bumper?
Anybody have clear bra or some sort of protection film on FRP front bumpers?
I guess we all know the pros of a clear bra, but any cons on putting a clear bra on a fiber glass bumper?
Or do they break so easily that its not worth putting a clear bra on?
I heard from somewhere that paint on fiber glass tends to chip easier than urethane bumpers?
