Angry Can anyone recomend a good body shop near Riverside Ca.

I just picked up my new 8 on June 4th and didnt even put 200 miles on it before someone backed into the drivers door on the 9th. Needless to say I need some body work done and I am fairly new to the Inland Empire area so if anyone can suggest a good shop I'd greatly appreciate it. Also whatever happened to leaving a note on someones windshied when you hit them and they are not around doesn't anybody have any respect anymore?

Dooooooode! That beyond sucks! Caliber Collision on Indiana avenue is pretty good. If you take the Arlington Exit off the 91 going west toward corona you'll drop onto arlington ave. Take a left to go back under the freeway, than a right on Indiana past Chevron and you will see Caliber on the left. Caliber is a chain that is pretty reputable. They did some work on my Jetta GLI recently. Pretty good work. Totally matched the paint.
Where did you pick up your 8? I just picked mine up on the 2nd from Norco Mazda. I can't get enough...except of course the gas thing. ouch.

Dude that beyond sucks. I feel your pain. Caliber Collision on Indiana Ave is pretty reputable. Take the Arlington exit off the 91 going west (toward corona). This drops you onto little road that dumps you onto Arlington. Take a left on Arlington (first light) which will put you going back under the freeway. Then take a right just past the Chevron station onto INdiana. Caliber is on your left hand side about 1/2 a block up. They are a chain shop and the shop in San Bernardino did some good work on my old Jetta not too long ago.
If you don't mind my asking, where did you pick up your 8. I snatched my victory blue from Norco Mazda on the 2nd. Hopefully things will start looking up for you.

Go to a respectable car rental company and ask where they get their cars fixed. They have high standards and know the bodyshops better than anyone in town.

dont go to caliber collisions on indiana, i went there........i got in an accident back in november, november 13th to be exact........basically i needed a new front end..........ok now it took them about 7 to 8 weeks to get my car back to me.........n they didnt totally fix it, and to top it all off they dont use the paint mazda uses it, they find a color close to it........so ull prolly notice a little difference if u see it..........but thats been my experience.....

That's interesting. I was getting my oil changed at my Mazda dealer...and they had a sign advertising Caliber Collision. In my, and this guy's defense, finding a body shop is hard...difficult.

Yeh, the body shop recommendeded by the Mazda dealership where i got my car from is horrible. It took about 3-4 weeks to get my car back. The paint didnt match, the guy would tell me it would be ready the day i called and everytime i went down to the place i was sent home cuz they were still working on it, and they ended up loosing my sidemarker which resulted in a few more days of waiting for the part to come in...

Anyway, sorry to hear about that... A few of my friends got their cars hit in the parking lot with no note... That's why i try to park my car away from big SUV's and trucks.
