Where is amp located for reaer speakers?

yeah open truck and look right above where speakesr should be. right in the middle. cant miss it

I guess that extra amp must only be equipped on RX-8s with the Bose system because my non-Bose system has no amp up there between the two rear speakers. Not that I'm complaining...I don't like the way the Bose system sounds.
