good luck getting $26k for a 2 year old car with 19k miles. people are getting new cars for less than that.

You might have to drop your price...check kelly on MSN. Mine is worth $21 by that.

 

Yeah I know, I've had her almost 3 years now, just would be better off without the car payment at the moment. No complaints with the car, of course. As for the value, as of this instant KBB.com rates the private party value at $24,400. I guess that does mean my asking price is a bit high, but not ridiculously so i'd say. The car does have basically every option except dvdnav. It's listed on autotrader right now and there are several cars of the same mileage not going for anywhere near 21k. I'm not in dire need of parting with it so i'm not going to drop the price just yet.
edit: according to mazdausa.com, an 06 model with my options would cost $33,899, $500 more than when I bought mine in 2003.
