Some guys in a Mazda 6 did a burn out in the service dept he was so mad lmao. The sad part is all then goofys now work at the other Mazda dealers. You just cant win I tells ya.

How can that person win the lawsuit against the dealership? The driver should be at fault, not the dealership.

Otherwise, people would have tons of fake accidents. Go test drive, have your friend get in your way, hit them, and have them sue the dealership.

and while im thinking about it, i got a thing in the mail from them adressed to my MOTHER, who had nothing to do with the buying of my car, she went out there and test drove a tribute, and thats it, and as the finance side screwed up the ownership of my car, saying my dad owned it.... and the man with hair growing out the bridge of his nose feels that he did absolutly nothing wrong.
i hate car sales people,
i get this thing like a week or so ago (in the mail), the place had already BEEN closed for like weeks...... heaven forbid we inform the guy we sold a car to and who brings his car in for regular service, why would he ever wanna know whats going on, no we must tell the woman who test drove a vechile one time and never called back....

Dude that sucks. Something like that kinda happen to me. They where telling me that my Girl owns my car not me. I was like WTF?! He said: "Yeah she singed first then you. But by law the 2 of you own the car." I was like oh Hell no. I went off . The GM told me the only way to get you "on top" is to refi. So thats what I'll be doing this Oct...

 

right and thats what i already did, but everythign the dealer submitted for the car involved my fathers name as a primary, so i need to deal with the extended warranty people to get that corrected
