Curious about how much extra rubber fits :D:

Just in case you're interested....this is what the Enkei RP01's with 275-35-18 Falken Azenis 615's look like beside stock 225-45-18 wheels.......

A lot more rubber for the road

The stock wheels /tires weigh 44.6 lbs.....the Enkei's with 275's weigh 44.2 lbs.

Definitely let us know how it goes on the track...I haven't ordered mine yet....almost ready to pull the trigger! The Advans are quite a bit more expensive and they don't have the 275/35 size, but TeamRX8 maybe able to tell us his track experience, if he's been with his. GRMS says Falkens beat Advans, so does some other tire test mag I was just reading at the mall... only experience will tell.

LOL, GRM tested on a Miata and FWD Civic in low 50 deg temps

funny how the M3 drivers on the west coast suddenly got a lot faster ...

Advan is the new king of the ST classes. The Advan took the win this weekend in STS, STX and STU at the LA Prosolo. Hankook won STS2 as no one ran the Yok. All the guys that run in ST classes because they can buy "cheap tires" are about to learn a painfull lesson, Advans are the tires to win on and they cost BIG bucks.

Too bad you guys don't test your Advan at HPDE's. I don't auto-x and so their performance in auto-x conditions are somewhat off the radar screen for me. Interesting still.
