Mazdaspeed Brakes

Hey everyone, just wondering after endless research on the search button and coming up pretty empty on the subject, i decided to just ask the question, down anyone have the MS brake pads on their 8? If you do, can i see some pics of it and also impressions on the MS brake pads, how does it feel over stock? i went to rotary extreme and they told me that the brake are superb on the 8 and the only thing i would have to change is the brake pads so i'm going with Mazdaspeed. Please let me know how the brakes are and what you rate it from 0 to 10. Also, if you all have other brake setups on your 8, please let me know about it and how well it works. Thanks everyone

- Jon

Im not sure, but I heard that Ms pads are much better than OEM (duh). Just like Nismo pads are much better than OE ones (rather its Brembo or not)

Im going to change mine to Endless soon. So I'll post again and see what you think.

Yeah, the blue color might look sweet, but like all MS parts, they are expensive.

methinks the MS pads are probably similar in performance to the Hawk HPS pads..... a hybrid street/autox/track day pad... you're paying 50% more in cost just for the Mazdaspeed name....

Yeah, and that reason right there alone is worth paying more for something.

yes, i turned around and asked a question like this. For whatever reason, i decided to ask this question. Haha, im undecided on which brake setup to get for my car, either go with mazdaspeed or endless. I dont have hands on experience with the mazdaspeed brake pads and would like to know if anyone that has it, how does it feel. Compared to just looking up stats on a website or sheet of paper. The input from other 8 drivers is better than just reading the braking distance and etc. numbers.

I'd be happy with any good set of pads that is a) better gripping than OEM and b) tosses up less brake dust.
