tein h-tech springs w/ mazdaspeed shocks?

Im doing a search here and I haven't found anyone with this type of a setup, does anyone have any input? So I guess I just have three questions to ask...
1. I know most who have h-tech springs and rb springs just ride on the stock shocks, but wouldn't it just be better down the road to just install new shocks with the new springs at the same time (save money and time if its all done at once)?

2. If I decide to go with new shocks with the h-techs do you think it will be ok to just buy shocks for the front only, since the springs in the back only lower the car by -0.3 inches?

3. Seems like more people prefer koni shocks compared to mazdaspeed shocks due to the fact that they are stiffer and aren't adjustable. If thats the case do you think I should buy koni shocks instead of ms when I buy springs?
