most of the lights are old fashion globes with red lenses. The red lenses are part of the assembly so your not able to get rid of them easily.

merry Christmas

Kenny,

I have full LED (superwhite) from autolumination.com.

Some of the VIC guys have seen it and can certainly tell the difference. I can take a pic tonight if you want. It is very white, not yellow.

I have done the front parker, rear brake, and the window lights into White/Red LEDs too. Just a more pure colour to speak of.

Haha... I already MSN Kenny and spoke to him regarding my interior lights.

These are the ones I have taken today. It is kind of hard to take a pic at night when I cannot find my tripod

I have not touched up the brightness or contrast and the whitebalance is set at automatic.

I can take a few pics of the SP23 next to the 8 to compare the OEM bulb and the white LEDs. ... when I found my tripod.

I think you drive your car everyday. You WILL see the internal lights....

Unless you climb in and out of your 8 via the windows . And do not remote lock/unlock your car at all.

I could not stand the yellow lights in my sports car... I even itchy to change them in my Mrs. car since I drive it a lot more from now on. (love the 3)

I am thinking of doing blue LEDs for the dome and doors, and nice white LEDs for the map lights. My plan is to be functional (maplight-wize) and neat in the evening in & out... Does anyone have any thoughts about this setup???

Also, the bulbs are 194s, right? Does that include map lights, dome light, and doors?

Thanks in advance.

Map light and door lights are 194.

The dome light are festoons and they are 31 mm (I think) please take it out and measure them - it is either 31 or 39mm

Dunno.. but to whoever did:

YOU Ba$tard!

Personally I prefer the yellow lights bulbs inside the car, makes it look more vintage-y, if thats a word. lol

Seymore I just put some 1w single buld LED's in. From HK off ebay, man are they bright!!! Look's great. Did a 6 bulb dome led array, just bright enough, however with the map and door lights lighting up like 747'a landing lights, no biggy!!
