Just a quick question guys, How often do you find you have to top up the oil in your 8. I just had a break in oil change at 2000km; I am a little over 5000km now and I check my oil regularily.

I find this morning it is just a bit under half full per the stick when warm. I thought it would take longer to run down this much.

that is about right man my 8 goes through the same amount and i have 5,100km on her

Sounds fine. I think I went through a bit more than that when I was around that mileage.

 

I added about 600mL of 5W20 to bring it back up to mostly full.
