I Love My 8 ...
Wow .. did the main squeeze and I have a super weekend. Grove City PA. 1 hour out of of Pittsburg PA. Factory Outlet Heaven. She shopped till she dropped and I drove the hills, valleys, curves and bends enjoying " Born in the USA" at MAX.
Got the Sweetheart up to around 90 mph. Love the button you can switch from kmp to mph. Talked to a couple in a Red .. they've never ever seen another 8 before. They are going in for their recall. It's her car. Has a Bmer but doesn't want to drive it anymore after getting her Sweet 8. Listen to this one guys and gals. Did 484 km on a tank of gas. Filled it up at 48.5 litres. So where's the next meet?

Driving Home
I-79, I-90 and the QEW for 95% of the way at about 78-85 mph on average. Think that's around 125-140 kph for about 3 1/2 hours. I'm over 44,000 km and I think you guys have been saying the mileage gets better with age. I think it does... Oh yea .. anybody (2 or 3) that I let pass me ... I waited for a cool spot and just jumped on the sweetheart and said "want to give it a go?" .. they never ever tried passing me again...

I've had the pleasure of experiencing a cruise in Hellbreed's car.... Even though I've been in the 8 before, I was never in one whenever we had a cruise...
First thing you notice is how comfortable you feel.... still feel cozy in the car, but you know you have room to move... that can be a good thing and a bad thing... good thing when you're on the highway just trying to get to the meet points... bad thing when you're in a high G corner!
I really like the way that Rev-i intake sounds.... But poor Hellbreed, couldn't even hear his Rev-i in the tunnel! The RX-7's are always going to be louder than the RX-8's...
Can't get over the fact how tall it is... The roof of the FD is at the mid point of the door on the 8! LOL :D
I like what Mazda has done with the RX-8... let's just hope they bring an RX-7 back into the game....

Neo, When will you admit it to yourself that you are in love with the '8?:D The reason that the 7's are louder then the 8's is because half of you guys are missing your mufflers:p
Mic, Mic, Mic What am i gonna do with you. We saw Two nice little blonds on the weekend , so we picked them up and brought them with us so when you met up with us they could have gone in your car as "extra Company" :D ah well maby again next time

The RX-8's ECU is wired to everything! The slightest change in something and you risk the life of your car... just a small piece of advice..

Once its installed ill come catch a meet with you guys
P.S Got back from my body shop for some touchups, and he sprayed a licence plate with my tit. grey, and 4 coats of blue pearl, and man, its looks awesome.
I may get it done on my car.
Its my normal colour when no direct sunlight is on it, but when sun is on it, it adds a blue/purple hue to the paint.
Ill bring the sample along with me.
So when is the next meet???? Next weekend? Please god let me know so I can come!
