We had some issues with the power connection on the North course and left the video/audio adapter at the hotel on Friday so the video is from the bleechers on the South course.

unless it's distracting you from doing what you should be doing in the first place, which is concentrating on looking ahead and positioning the car properly

easier said than done though, it's not my intention to preach to my fellow sinners :o

Any kind of talking/shouting is good, IMHO. It means you're breathing. I know people that won't breathe through the whole run. Sure, it can be a little distracting...

BTW clyde.. the outside line was a little faster... on par of one to two tenths. We did split times in 2 car videos... and the outside 'carry speed' was faster because it allowed you to carry speed all the way down to the chicane.. it was a classic road race line.... something hardly seen in auto-x.
