Well, after taking my chances this weekend with no front plate (admittedly out of state almost all of it), I finally got around to implementing the Evo-style side license plate mount relocation. I also installed the Racing Beat oil screen & AC condenser coolers. The weather was nice, so I was able to get most of the work done outside.

The bumper wasn't too bad to take off, except the electrical connectors for sidemarkers and the foglights, which require figuring out where the damn tab is on each. The side mount plate took forever though, about 4 hours, since I had to keep remeasuring and drilling holes here and there.

In the end, I emerge victorious. Front plate to satisfy the law, no bucktooth to satisfy myself.
