Well heres the deallll

Had my car towed to them - Wouldnt start as usual..

After having it for 3 days - i picked it up last Fri ..

After carefull inspection of the car I noticed some damage on the Right Rear Wheel - More like Curb Damage / Dented rim

After talking with the service writer .. He advised to take it up with the Serivce Mgr. ( who has been less than helpfull in the past )

So Mon morning - I call him up ... First words " how do you know it happened here?"

Well .. My reply " it wasnt there when the guy came to pick it up. and being that it wasnt running - I highly doubt that it was caused by him"

so he then proceeds to tell me "call the police then - if you think we did it .. and thats what you have insurance for .. "

Like I said - Less than helpful -

After 12 plus trips to their service department . for a slew of different things .. Mostly warranty related things with this P.O.S. I own ...

It WILL be the LAST time I ever do business with them again .. They have lost EVERY ounce of Warranty work .. Retail Work .. Car Sales

Hope ALL who know -- Choose to go somewhere else ..
