Anyone up for getting together either this weekend or next? No one has really planned a get together in the St. Louis area since the weather has gotten good. Well, BOOSTD did have the get together at Gateway, but that was at the Ford Challenge. How about a Friday or Saturday night cruise or something. Let's here some ideas. Again, this weekend or next weekend is perfect for me.

 

Yeah, let's all cruise to the Horseradish Festival in Collinsville this weekend. LOL

 

If not an eye opening experience, it would definitely be a nostril opening experience. Feel the burn baby! Any excuse to get together works for me. Do we have any other takers or suggestions?

 

As long as we actually get something together, either of the next two weekends work for me.

 

Here's what I'm finding for this weekends weather forecast:

Friday: Scattered T-Storms (40%) with a high of 87
Saturday: Scattered T-Storms (30%) with a high of 86
Sunday: Scattered T-Storms (30%) with a high of 88

I'm up for anything Friday night or anytime during Sat. or Sun. I'll try and check and see what's going on in the area. See if there are any suggestions I can add.

 

Ok, did this post just die? Let's get something together people. If nothing else, we'll figure a place to at least meet up and then we can cruise from there to wherever sounds good.

 

Well, if no other suggestions, we can always take of nomo's offer of cruising to the horseradish festival. We have to get our 8's out together and represent the family. Come on now kids.....

 

Bad news. I work for AmerenUE in the contact center and with all the outages from the storms since Wednesday, they are having us on call this weekend in case something breaks again.

 

Sounds like things couldn't be brough together for this past weekend. How about we shoot for this weekend sometime. With Father's Day being Sunday, maybe we could plan for something on Saturday some time? Any suggestions?

 

So any takers for this weekend? Seems like nothing has really been brought together for us 8 owners here in the STL area this year really. Everyone's been talking about wanting to get together it seems so lets do this thing. All we need is a convenient place and time to meet and then we can go from there. No thorough planning needed.

 

How 'bout something July 4th weekend that way everyone has plenty of time to plan

 

That would work for me. I'm going to the Cardinals game Thursday and Friday of that weekend, but otherwise I'm game. We may want to avoid the VP fair around the arch that weekend. Traffic would be crazy, parking too.
