I am new to aftermarket mods and the rotary engine, but i herd from a friend that since its a 1.3 liter it wont be able to handle any chip upgrades. If i do get a chip do i have to customize its settings at like a dyno or somthing

Shoot your friend. We already have a piggyback ECU unit called Canzoomer (see vendor listings below) that, with tuning has been giving people anywhere from 10-22 hp. Completely safe. Better off tuning as there is so much variability with the RX8, that one program can not fit it all. A CZ unit might give you 5-10 hp out of the box, but with tuning you might get 20 hp.

 

also dont take advice from him again if he doesn't die on the spot

 

^and make sure you bring lots of bullets incase it takes more than 1 :D
