this little bit just came to me durring the searching process i went through to locate a vehicle of mine.

i think a section dedicated to helping owners find their stolen cars might be a good idea. while posting in other sections my help owners it certainly can't provide the kind of traffic that a front page forum could.

hmm interesting suggestion. 8's are pretty noticable i only see one every few days. so if one was stolen in my area...chances are i'd see it :D...good thought on helping people find their stolen 8's.

i wonder how many have been stolen? i haven't erally heard of any as of yet

 

I purchased a recovered theft sunlight Silver 8 in January so at least one has been stolen, and wasn't located long enough for the insurance company to pay out to the owner.

 

Hondas are stolen way more than Mazdas I'm sure (RX_8s inpaticular)
On Ohiohondas.com we probably average at the most 1 stolen car a month.
We don't have enough demand to get a section devoted to it.

Also take into the account this is a national board so if your 8 is stolen in Columbus a good %98 of the board population will be located far away from Columbus to ever keep en eye on it.

IMO Your probably best off posting in the reigonal sections.

 

dont the 8s have a tracking system in them i saw a sticker under my hood that gave me the impression of that is what it is

yeah, they donn't need anyone to be tracking me ....I do all I can to be stealth thats my moto and I'm sticking to it
