I just got a set of adr m-sports in hyper-black. I recieved them on thursday, and everything looked good. However, on further inspection I noticed that one of the wheels were a slightly lighter shade in colour!!!! So now I have 3 hyperblack wheels and I titanium(I think) coloured wheel. The guy I'm dealing with is happy to accept my return but it will take at least one month for me to send him the incorrect wheel and have him send me the correct wheel. I would also have to cover the shipping one-way for me to send the titanium wheel back. (which was agreed upon before the sale, but its only 40 bucks)

Does anyone know of a wheel shop that carries these Adr wheels in the Toronto area, where I could just do a swap?? I'd just give them the 40 bucks - and a brand new wheel in exchange for the same wheel in the correct colour. FREE money!

 

I understand the policy of the buyer covering shipping on returns but I don't understand why you would have to pay shipping on a return due to the seller's mistake? i would put up a little more fuss seeing how they apparantly didn't check the wheels before shipping them.

 

I got a set of winter rims that they claimed fit my car, but didn't when i tried to drive and the front callipers grinded a grove in the inner part of the front wheels. The company sent a carrier to my house, gave them back their wheels, signed for it, company covered all the costs, and I picked a new set and got a deal on them. Was shipped cross country. That's the company's mistake, they should pay for the shipping, and give you a new wheel which you ordered, and perhaps give you something for your trouble and wait.
