how do I change stock wheels to shinka wheel finish

how do I change stock wheels to shinka wheel finish

have an extra set of stock rims and am interested in taking them to get dipped but dont want chrome. I like the "satin" finish of the shinka wheels. What would I tell/show a dip shop to get what I want?

You could try to polish it yourself. There's a DIY on this forum done by StealthTL. He did a great job ... you just need to have the right equipment. Not quite as bling bling as the chrome but still very nice. I am actually considering doing to this to my stocks.
