There's about a 90% chance I'll be buying my 8 this coming weekend. If I can find the right car at the right price consider me teh ub3r 8 owner. If anyone has any dealer tips or anything feel free let me know. You guys are all awesome, I appreciate all the info and help you've given about the car and the fun you've brough when I was friggin' bored.

Are you getting it used or new? If used get a more recent build car if possible with low miles, if new...I suggest (as I was told) to get your financing FIRST. When you go in there with money already approved...it gives you power over the dark forces of the dealership...lol

I got a pretty good deal I think too. 2005 Titanium Grey 6 speed, appearance package and rotary accent package with black and red leather seats. Just over 30k and then I got to use my $500 coupon I'm so hyped up right now, can't wait to go pick it up. By the way, I love everyone here, though in a completely plutonic way :p

I was driving a whole lot tonight getting used to the 8 and practicing my stick skills. Getting better quickly too. I am just so incredibly overjoyed. For some reason, today I saw so many nice cars. I'm not sure if it was because it was nice, or just because I was so in tune with my car that I noticed other awesome ones. Anyway, tired and need to sleep. Goodnight all.

 

Can't remember what the weather is like in your part of the world. But in Milwaukee today there were lots of nice cars cruising around that were pretty clearly garaged over the winter months. Happens every year, it gets warm and the nicer cars start sprouting like spring flowers.
