Grill

Has anyone took the black plastic out of the factory bumper .... and replace it with mesh yet ... i ben thinking about it ... let me know if someone has ... thanks

If this is what you are talking about...I cut out the plastic mesh with a dremel and form-fitted a wire mesh in it's place. The mesh is attached via tie-wraps.

Hmm... it may get more air in to the radiator too.

Talking about radiator. Our OZ model one is bloody small. I doubt anything will increase the cooling effect of the car. Change?! Oh yeah... please click here to donate. :D j/k

I'm sure it might help in the cooling, but the primary airflow is at the bottom lip (which I would place wire mesh there also). You just can't beat the cool factor though.

Sure...

I think there is potential for the extension of the OEM intake tubes to the front mesh area. The people who have done it have it too long. You are having an advantage here?

Want me to give you the link or you know what I am talking about. I am yet able to prove (since I am only looking at the intake temp) for the extension.
