BS wheel options

Besides OEM and SSR comps, what are the other options for wheels for B stock?

None of those wheels are legal for Stock. They must be the same as OEM size (18"x8") with the same offset +/- 0.25".

The last time I talked to Brian Goodwin, he said they were importing the Enkei RPF? in 18x8 with a 45mm offset. They would be a pound or so heavier than the SSR's but $100 cheaper.

Hopefully now that the '05 STI has 5x114.3 and 50+mm offset, we will start seeing more wheels that have close to the same specs as the OEMs.

THe center bore is smaller on the STi than the RX-8 and broing sometimes isn't the best idea.

If the stock offset is 50mm then the replacements would have to be between 44mm and 56mm. Preferably something between 44 and 50.

And you can also use spacers or machine the wheel to bring it into the legal offset range. Whether one would want to do so with a paritcular wheel is a different question.
