I am getting my windows tinted. (What has that been costing everyone?)

Also getting the B pillar trim with the RX 8 logo.

 

New floor mats (original - I like those best), rotary accents and an RX-8 pen. Sadly, I saw the email receipt

Dammit, i think i got ripped off on my tint, i got dark tint on my back 3 window and medium tint for the front two, it cost me like 340. i got the tint from tintdevil.com. I spend too much money on the tint. But it's life warrenty.

my present to myself for my 8 will be the RB intake when it comes out...

 

nothing for the 8 but i got my new Canon digital camera and digital printer so i can take more pictures of my car and print out the pictures...i'm gonna make a mural on my wall of the 8!

I've wanted to get the rear red rotor fog light for my 8 but I'm having some difficulty. I don't really like the normal rotor accent but I liked the rear fog light that I saw on a jdm rx8. I think my 8 deserves something for all the torture my lead foot has given it.

2 gift certificates to get 1: Choice of window tint or remote starter; (I want the tint) 2. Sirius satellite radio. Didnt I raise my daughters well? Shows they love their Dad...or my car! And...an RX-8 remote control car: nothing fancy, a Nikko Street Mayhem car that my daughter's boyfriend had special graphics applied to it, but I think it's pretty cool!

One was a place that did sound systems, alarms, tinting, etc. and that price was $285. Said it was because of the curves in the back window. My mom had a Lincoln Towncar done and with all the windows it has, it was $185 at the same place. Then found someone that does it at your location and he quoted me $150. He came recommended from a friend that has used him over the years. I guess he can charge less since he doesn't have overhead; rent on building, employees to pay, etc. Having my son's car done at the same time. We may even get a better deal.

I saw them on black RX 8 in Sebring a couple weeks ago. Ordering them from Rosenthal's also. Their prices are cheaper that my local dealerships and they have a lot more to choose from.
I don't like how fingerprints show up on the existing black paint every time I open or close the door. And they do look sharp. :D There is nothing on the sides of the car that has "RX 8" on it.
