That's a good price. i got mine from RX8 store. I think in general because the price is already so good on a great unit there is not much flexibility. This isn't a $1000 like HKS, it's already one of least expensive units out there right now.

 

frankly, I'd spend the $25 extra to support a company which supports this forum.

 

Racingbeat is releasing more RX-8 exhausts in the next couple of days if anyone needs one.

I really would have liked to think there would have been a Christmas sale on the RacingBeat Exh. or a nice group purchase for the holidays on the Racing Beat Exh. But I guess that is too much to ask from a forum sponsor.

Talked w/ Speed Machine Performance over the Holiday season break and indicated a group buy.

They already sell the system $26 cheaper than Racing Beat's price, But now if we place a group buy of 5 or more exhaust systems they will lower the price by $20 ea.!!!!!!!!

What that means is if we get 5 or more people, each person can get the Racing Beat (Rev8) Rx-8 exhaust system for ONLY $549, not including tax and shipping!!!!!!! The total # of group buyers must purchase by deadline Sunday 01/09/05, so that the order can be put in on Monday and getting ready to ship.

Well, don't know if you're interested, but I might have a barely used (2K miles) RB exhaust up for grabs. I say might since I'm still debating over getting another RX (I was hit in the front & totalled). The RB exhaust is in perfect shape & shiny as the day it was purchased. RB's qauality & sound is spectacular, even my mechanic was impressed.

Hopefully this does not violate forum rules. Regardless, the prices mentioned in the posts above are really solid for the product and you can't go wrong with any of the vendors on the forum!

PM me if interested and we can discuss, as I'm hoping to decide on a car sometime this week.
