I'm sure everyone that visits this forum from time to time sees threads that rant and rave about lousy products and lousy dealers. I'd love to hear from attorneys regarding potential exposure to product disparagement suits. Is there any thing here or am I making something out of nothing?

 

I think you're making something out of nothing. But I'm sure you're not alone.

 

If what is being said is true, then there is nothing to worry about. You still have first amendment rights. Some dealers fall short of expectations and reporting this is no crime, look at the edmunds long term rx-8 test and the unkind words about Galpin ( Long Term RX-8 ).
