ed2k is a P2P protocol. You need the P2P program called eMule http://www.emule-project.net/home/perl/general.cgi?l=1 to download the videos. eMule is free and open source.

What you need to do is start eMule, copy the links (all of them at the same is fine), and then right-click in eMule's Transfers window and select "Paste eD2K links"
